Responsibilities

• Sites supervision and coordination
• Health and security

Tasks (non limited)

• Planification and follow-up of all the work executed on site
• Report to the project directors and project managers
• Management of the technical support documents (plans, specifications, directives, etc.)
• Coordination of all sub-trades through their foremen on site in order to execute the work and to meet the schedule expectations
• Application of the health and safety procedures through the sub-trades foremen, and in compliance with the health and safety agent on site (when required)
• Preparation of the site purchase orders. Transmittal of the purchase orders and waybills to the main office on a frequently basis
• Supervision and coordination with the sub-trades foremen in order to complete the deficiencies

Qualifications

• Experience into the construction field: required
• ASP Construction certification
• CNESST certifications (Health and Safety)
• French written and spoken: very good
• English written and spoken: good
• Microsoft Office
• FileMaker Pro: an advantage
