Resilience project
Construction of a class A mRNA vaccine production facility sits on 12.4 acres of raw land requiring a significant amount of site work before erecting one two (2) storey 100,911 sq. ft. building (71,224 sq. ft. on the first and 29,687 sq. ft. on the second).
The property will include five (5) EV charging stations, onsite parking, a loading dock, an outdoor patio for employees and will follow current sustainability principles with the goal of achieving LEED silver.
