Construction of a new cellar
Phase 1: construction of a classified industrial type building comparable to laboratory projects. The building, with a floor area of 12,150 sq. ft. is intended for the production of wine on a commercial scale.
Phase 2: construction of an adjacent building which includes a residential area, a tasting room and guest rooms. The building is classified A2 & C and is 6,000 sq. ft.
