New fit-out of laboratories and offices<\/p>\n

NWL project included the fit-out of a portion of the building for the new labs (\u00b18,000 sq. ft.) and another section of the building for the new offices (\u00b15,000 sq. ft.). More than half of the square footage of the labs are grade B GMP\u00a0 labs (class 10,000) and are designed for human tissue R&D activities. In one of the rooms, the redundant ventilation system was designed at 60 air changes per hour in order to accommodate fully automated cell manufacturing robots. Construction works in the labs included new duct work and plumbing networks, the addition of new air handling units, the addition of a new roof-top chiller and the new control system fully compliant with FDA \u2013 CFR 21 part 11.<\/p>\n
