Our commitment to health, safety and well-being at work<\/h1>\n

We care about the health of all our employees. We have developed measures to promote health, safety and well-being at work.<\/p>\n

Our site personnel are supported by a health and safety prevention program which is applied on all our construction sites and which is updated on a regular basis by our health and safety agents. This program allows our site personnel to maintain their training applied to the construction industry (use of lifting platforms, forklifts, first aid, confined spaces, contamination and others). Working time is allocated for the upgrades of each of these trainings.<\/p>\n

Our office staff can count on our continuing training program to meet the criteria of professional orders, keep up to date with new IT and take advantage of seminars on new developments in the construction field. We have also developed a job training plan and implemented a mentoring program for new employees.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Many social activities are organized on a regular basis to provide opportunities for our employees to develop bonds and be happy in their work environment. A range of sports subscriptions and entrance fees are made available to our employees to enable them to practice physical activities while socializing.<\/p>\n

BTL has always learned from diverse cutural minorities. It currently has among its members of the administration and its employees, people from no less than ten different nationalities.<\/p>\n

Our residual materials management policy<\/h2>\n

Residual materials management is a core issue in our policies in order to protect the environment for future generations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We have taken steps and developed tools that are applied to each construction project when the client makes available the required space for waste management, allowing our site personnel to sort residual materials: paper and cardboard, recyclable metals, gypsum and recyclable acoustic tiles (when the quantity allows), wood and compostable materials, as well as non-recyclable waste.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We work with several waste recovery and recycling companies on all our construction sites to reduce the volume of waste sent to landfills.<\/p>\n
